I had a pretty good experience at this auto repair shop. I brought my car in for a brake issue and was pleasantly surprised by how thorough they were in diagnosing the problem. They took the time to show me what was wrong and explained the repair process in detail, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, I did have to wait a bit longer than expected to get my car back, which was a little inconvenient. It would be great if they could improve on their time management, especially during peak hours.
